Deck the Halls

320597529_6c21476212_m-1 Beginning December 1, Susan at Thoughts from Over the Rainbow will host Deck the Halls every Tuesday until Christmas. Be sure to mark your calendars.

I really hate getting ahead of Thanksgiving with the Christmas decorations, but I have to admit that I've been on the lookout for ideas. Here's one that I couldn't wait to share with y'all.

I refuse to climb on the house to do anything with lights, and Lbeau is no help when it comes to Christmas decorations. So any of you are welcome to steal this decorating scheme from the neighbors on the right. Just be sure to share the pictures.

I've seen that Dito and love it!
I won't do my decorations until Friday after Thanksgiving. Now if I was going somewhere for dinner other then me cooking it I may get started now. But I have to wait.
But I do leave my tree up until mid-January.

That's so awesome!
My hubby is the one obsessed with outside lights..He started talking about putting them up in October. I'm honestly shocked that he's held out this long!

That is HYSTERICAL and SO my take on outside Christmas lights....lol! While we were building this house, hubby had a dream that I "surprised" him with the Christmas decorations.....he said I hung lights of all shapes, colors, and sizes (some blinking, some not), all over every outside surface. He begged me to NEVER, EVER do that. SO I guess no lights for me! LOL

That is definitely what would happen at our home should we ever put up Christmas lights. This is too funny.

Kathy-I stopped by to say "how about those rebels and hogs!" and saw your reminder. Thank you so much! The date is actually Dec. 1. Hotty Toddy and have a great Thanksgiving!

Very cute. Now all I need is a neighbor who decorates!
